Interstate 229 Double-Decker Bridge Nov 25-26

The Missouri Department of Transportation crews will close the Interstate 229 Double-Decker Bridge on Monday Nov. 25 beginning at 7 a.m. for routine bridge maintenance.

For the safety of both motorists and workers, the bridge and all ramps will remain closed between U.S. Route 36 and Highland Avenue through the afternoon of Tuesday Nov. 26.

All closures will remain in place overnight. All work is weather permitting and could be rescheduled. During the closure, motorists will need to use an alternate route.
